Hi, I’m Raymond - a London-based tutor with a passion for breaking down complex ideas into concepts that actually stick. I’m currently completing my A-Levels (predicted A*AA) and I am due to start a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship at Velonetic, a Lloyd’s of London and DXC Technology joint venture, in September 2026. I’ve also participated in the Lloyd’s Futures Academy and completed the Treasury’s financial literacy MOOC, so I bring real-world commercial context to the subjects I teach - not just textbook theory. My approach is student-first. I adapt to how you learn, whether that’s working through past papers, breaking down mark schemes, or building genuine understanding from the ground up. I know what it’s like to juggle multiple high-stakes subjects at once, and I use structured frameworks (like time-blocking and priority matrices) to help students manage their workload as well as their content. I’m also a qualified Mental Health First Aider (Level 2), so I understand that exam stress is real, and I create a supportive, judgment-free space for every student I work with.
